The night before Valentine's Day I found myself in need of a sympathy bouquet to be sent to my sister in Baltimore on the 14th. I am in Pennsylvania and did not know the local Baltimore florists. I placed my order and it was delivered to my sister on Friday as requested. Yes, she loved it, but it wasn't what I ordered and it wasn't delivered on the 16th. I think you should have contacted me if you didn't have an amaryllis plant and if you couldn't deliver on the 16th. I tried to call you and just got the answering machine. That isn't good customer service. I do understand that you are closed Sat. afternoons , but the on-line order said I was in time to have it delivered Sat. afternoon. I deserved to be consulted before you substituted the plant. Sorry, I'm not completely happy. I got your name from a cousin who lives in Baltimore and I thought that would give me an advantage over just ordering online from one of the many options.
